The Arctic Fire is made from purple tea blended with real ginger root and lemon peel. Purple tea is a special tea hybrid which has more antioxidants than green tea, antioxidants help to fight free radicals which build up in our body and are linked to multiple illnesses, including diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Ginger has long been know to help soothe a colds, coughs and sore throats, this is due to it anti-inflammatory properties and high active compounds such as gingerol which help to reduce inflamation in the body. Finally lemon peel is packed with vitamin C which is known to help prevent catching the common cold.
