Bright, smooth and beautifully refreshing, Ceylon Dimbula is a high-grown black tea with an elegant, brisk character and a clean finish.

Grown in the mountainous Dimbula region of Sri Lanka, at around 1,250 metres above sea level, this tea is shaped by the distinctive conditions of its high-altitude home. The gardens experience a particularly wet and misty climate, punctuated by cool seasonal winds that help create the bright, refined character associated with some of the region's finest teas.

The tea is OP grade made using the first two full leaves of the new shoots, carefully picked to capture the quality and character of the fresh growth. Once processed, these leaves produce a beautifully clear infusion with a distinctive golden-orange hue.

In the cup, Ceylon Dimbula is bright and brisk, but never overpowering. Its medium body gives the tea enough presence to be satisfying, while a natural smoothness keeps the flavour clean and refreshing. The finish is particularly enjoyable – crisp and clear, leaving the palate ready for another sip.

It is this balance that makes Dimbula such an easy tea to return to. Where some black teas rely on sheer strength, this tea has a more elegant character, combining brightness, body and smoothness in a cup that feels both refreshing and complete.

Enjoy it without milk to appreciate its bright, clean character and golden liquor.
